Paul Schaeffer
President & Principal
Paul brings 30 years of diverse business experience to his role as president of SAIGE. Paul has assisted clients worldwide in defining overall strategies, architecting technical infrastructures, and implementing solutions focused on moving to a more customer-centric marketing view. He is particularly proficient in all areas related to data including stewardship roles and responsibilities, management strategies, quality assessment, and assurance and repository design and construction. Paul has industry experience in financial services, high tech, consumer products, and wireless telecommunications. Paul has more than 24 years consulting experience including seven years at a big five management consulting firm where he reached the director level. Prior to SAIGE, Paul spent 18 months as senior director of CRM infrastructure at AT&T Wireless. Paul holds a B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.S. from Cornell University.
Michael Corridan
Principal Consultant
Michael brings more than 12 years experience in database marketing to SAIGE. His expertise focuses on implementing end-to-end CRM solutions, list processing, MIS reporting, and utilization of third and fourth-generation programming languages. In addition, Michael has in-depth analytical experience utilizing customer, credit bureau, demographic, geographic, and psychographic data. His experience spans several industries including wireless telecommunications, credit card services, healthcare, retail banking, and utilities. Michael has spent four and half years implementing and maintaining Epiphany Campaign Management systems. He holds a B.S. in Statistics from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
Daniel Secrist
Principal Consultant
Dan brings more than 9 years experience in technical solutions and CRM applications to SAIGE. His experience focuses on data management, data warehousing, and business intelligence. Dan has several years consulting experience at a big five management consulting firm where he helped clients within the financial services industry. He also has expertise within the telecommunications and environmental industries. Dan holds a B.S. in Computer Science Engineering from the University of California at Davis and is a certified Oracle database administrator.
